The article discussed the effect of the carbon emissions in the region especially in the Middle East and how the rich countries of the oil produce a huge amount of the carbon emission. The expert notice that the carbon emission increased because of our need of burning the oil to get the electricity and the power in our daily life and our transportation. In addition, they found that rich countries are more than poor countries in the emission of the resources. In the region, Qatar consider as a heights country of having carbon dioxide while North Africa is the lowest. The effect of the carbon emission is on the climate change and they are optimistic about the changing of the way where UAE trying to decrease the effect of it through using the greenhouse such as wetlands and mangroves.

In the UAE a new solar power plant are been build in Abu Dhabi by company called gemasolar solar company who is backed up by msdar and Spanish engineering firm. The goal of these companies is to produce clean energy. The solar plant works by using the huge mirrors to heat the salt to produce electricity. The company had some difficulty constructing the solar plant one of the challenges was to reflector radiation as possible without wobble also building separate control system. The control system job is managing the heliostat the most difficult part is to build plant out of thousands of cables. But Germasolar doing it previously job.
